Shipping, Exchange, and Return Policy

SHIPPING

It takes us between 2 and 5 business days to process an order, after which we will send it to you. Please also consider shipping time, which depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

· USA: 3-6 business days

· Mexico: Between 1-7 business days (for domestic products)
· Mexico: Between 12-45 business days (for imported products)
· International: 10-45 business days

Where is my order shipped from?

We work with a print-on-demand company with fulfillment centers worldwide!

 

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

International orders may incur additional customs charges. This fee is not under our control and is determined by your local customs agency. Customs policies vary widely between countries, so we recommend contacting your local authorities for clarification.

 

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?

 

Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you won't be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or wherever you'll be.

 

How do I track my order?

 

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at info@kabutis.com.

If the address was correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@kabutis.com with your order number.

If there is an issue with your shipping address, we can resend your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.

 

Pro tip: Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure to enter it correctly.

 

ORDERS

 

How are products made?

 

We work with a dropshipper for print-on-demand, which has production and logistics centers worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the center closest to the customer's final address.

 

I received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do?

 

We're sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, send us an email at info@gmail.com within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number, and any other details about the order. We'll contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

 

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens with your order, please contact us at info@gmail.com.

 

Do you refund money?

We only offer money back for customers who receive wrong or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at info@gmail.com with photos of your item, and we will find a solution.

 

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're unsure about sizing, check our size guides in the product descriptions.

It's not common, but sometimes there may be an error in product labeling. If that's the case, contact us at info@gmail.com within one week of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item in question, and we'll assist you as soon as possible.

 

DEADLINE

We have a return deadline of 7 business days from the date the courier delivered your order to the address you provided when you made your purchase. You must notify us about the return before the days are over through any of our service channels:

CONDITIONS

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

· Be damaged, broken, have a manufacturing defect, and/or have an error in customization by us. If the return is viable, all product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the product. Products that are not returned in their original packaging cannot be returned.

If you wish to return any of our products, you can do so in the following ways:

· Request a return within the return period by email to info@kabutis.com.

The product must be returned in optimal condition, without traces of having been used, with the original labels or, if they have already been removed, you must include them in the packaging. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its condition and, according to the results, we will send you a new product or give you a coupon for a new purchase.

 

PROCEDURE

 

1. Money refund (only applies to warranty cases and right of withdrawal): - Through transfer (savings account, current account, handy savings): it is done approximately within the five business days following the receipt of the product again in our warehouse.

2. Through payment reversal: fifteen to twenty business days after receiving the product in our warehouse. This reversal is done at the expense and order of your bank entity, any questions you must communicate directly with them.

3. Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lower value than the original, and any difference, if applicable, will be provided in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. If there is no availability for the exchange, the value of the product(s) will be provided in a coupon for a new purchase. - Coupon to make a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

 

RESPONSE TIME

 

Money refund: Depending on the payment method you used for your purchase, the refund will be made through an electronic transfer or to your credit card. Exchanges will be dispatched approximately within 5 business days after receiving the product in the warehouse, and the same delivery times as regular delivery will apply.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

The User may return any product presenting manufacturing defects at no cost. Transportation costs and any other costs associated with a return for reasons other than manufacturing defects will be covered by the customer.

If you have any questions about whether a product is suitable for you, please feel free to email us at info@kabutis.com before making your purchase. Since www.kabutis.com offers intangible irrevocable products, **we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link is sent**. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site. Unfortunately, due to the immediate access to digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances can occur with the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we honor refund requests for the following reasons:

· Specific terms set in a digital product:

Some digital products may explicitly state that a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee.
· Non-delivery of the product:

Due to mailing issues from your email provider or your own mail server, you might not receive an email delivery from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the order date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
· Download and unzipping issues:

It may happen that you have problems while downloading the product or unzipping it. Claims related to such issues must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not contact us properly during this period, you agree that we may interpret silence as a successful download of the product with.

· Major defects:

Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for such issues. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we do not correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensation or refund. Or, at the customer’s choice, a replacement product of the same or approximately the same value can be offered. Please note that our technicians may request temporary access to your web server to identify and fix the potential issues with our products. Failure to provide such access promptly may result in delayed resolution. Refusal to provide access to your server will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
· Product not as described:

Such issues should be reported within 7 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as described on the website. Complaints based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes will not be entertained.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on the incompatibility of our products with any third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and do not provide support for third-party applications.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs fees. This fee is not under our control, and is the decision of your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend speaking with your local authorities to clarify this point.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?

Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you won't be home on delivery day, use your work address or wherever you'll be.

How do I track my order?

If the address is correct and the package isn't at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@kabutis.com with your order number.
If there's a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to resend your product to you, but you'll be responsible for the costs.

How are products made?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper, who has production and logistics centers spread across the world. Your orders are printed and shipped from the center closest to the customers' final address.

I received the wrong or damaged product. What do I do?
We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please email us at info@gmail.com within a week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
Returns

What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens to your order, please contact us at info@gmail.com.

Do you provide refunds?
We only offer refunds to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If this is the case, please contact us at info@gmail.com with photos of your item and we will find a solution.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size will fit you best, check our size guides in the product descriptions.
It is not a common case, but it can happen that there is an error in the labeling of a product. If that is the case, please contact us at info@gmail.com within a week from the time of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.

Deadline
We have a return period of 7 business days from the date the parcel service delivered your order to the address indicated when making the purchase. You must notify us about the return before the days are up through one of our customer service channels:

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be damaged, broken, have a manufacturing defect, and/or have an error in customization on our part. If the return is viable, all product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the product. Products that are not returned in their original packaging cannot be returned.
- If you wish to return any of our products, you can do so in the following ways:
- Request the return within the return period by email to info@kabutis.com

The product must be returned in optimal conditions, with no traces of having been used, with the original labels or, failing that, if they have already been removed, you must put them in the packaging. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its condition and, based on the results, we will send you a new product or give you a coupon for a new purchase.

Procedure
1. Refund (only applies to warranty and right of withdrawal cases): - Through transfer (savings account, current account, savings on hand): it is done approximately within five business days after receiving the product back in our warehouse.
2. Through payment reversal: fifteen twenty business days after receiving the product in our warehouse. This reversal is the responsibility of your bank, if you have any questions you should contact them directly.
3. Product exchange (Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original and the difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the online store. In the event of not having availability for the exchange, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase. - Coupon to make a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).

Response time
Refund of money: Depending on the payment method you used for your purchase, the refund will be made through an electronic transfer or to your credit card. Exchanges will be dispatched approximately 5 business days after receiving the product in the warehouse and the same times as regular delivery will apply.

Shipping costs
The User may return, at no cost, any product that presents factory defects. Transportation costs and any other costs that may arise from a return for reasons other than factory defects will be covered by the customer.

Section 19 – Law
For the interpretation and compliance of these terms and conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the City of, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future addresses.
